All the centres are getting around 50 periodicals related
to their regional languages. The users depend upon the number
of teacher trainees each year. For example SRLC has 133 trainers
during the present academic year 2004-05 in addition to regular
staff and visitors. Services such as newspaper clipping, reference
are regular in all the centres. As the library hour is in
the timetable for teacher trainees, all the centre libraries
are functional libraries in nature.
